Kenyatta University grounds welcomed a double header in the Mwamba Cup II league. First match at 12 noon saw Strathmore Leos and Mwamba RFC tie at 20 all at FT. In extra time Strathmore proved to be superior after they finished the match with a 37-27 score over Mwamba.
The next match saw hosts BlakBlad RFC play KCB RFC with the bankers taking an early lead that they held on to the very end securing a slot in the quarters next weekend. KCB beat Blakblad 21-11.
Nondies and Homeboyz were both awarded walk overs.
