Leaders KCB host champions Kabras Sugar in match day ten action at the KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka. The bankers come into this fixture as the only unbeaten side on the log after eight rounds of action, gathering 36 points off seven wins and the solitary draw which incidentally came against Kabras on Saturday 3 December 2016. Kabras, the reigning league champions lie third on 29 points, seven adrift of the bankers. They have posted six wins, a draw and a defeat and will have to overcome the psychological barrier of never having beaten KCB in their four previous Kenya Cup meetings.
The two sides registered different results last weekend, KCB cruising to a 70-0 dismantling of Mean Machine while Kabras slipped up to a 19-17 home loss to Top Fry Nakuru.
A win for Kabras will see them consolidate third place while KCB are assured of staying in the top two in the event of a loss.
