Defending champions Kabras Sugar maintained their fine form with a 43-22 victory over Kenya Harlequin. Mwamba RFC edged Strathmore Leos 20-10 in a closely fought contest. Meanwhile, Nakuru RFC and Kisumu RFC played out one of the most competitive matches of the day, with Nakuru emerging 32-22 winners.
In the second-tier Championship, TUM Marines secured a 17-5 victory over UOE Trojans. USIU-A Martials edged Mombasa SC 23-22 in a nail-biting contest, while JKUAT Cougars narrowly defeated Mean Machine 13-10. Zetech Oaks put up a dominant display, blanking Western Bulls 28-0. Daystar Falcons clinched a 16-15 win over CUEA Monks, and Masinde Muliro battled past Homeboyz Rugby with a 24-18 triumph.
