Fielden Sinei got proceedings underway with an early penalty before converting Ben Nyambu’s try as Nondies led 10-0. Clive Akello added a second try for the former Kenya Cup champions before John Okwara landed, completing a treble of tries for the Nondies forwards who led 20-0 after half an hour. Stormy Odhiambo would land a converted effort for Blak Blad for a 20-7 half time score.
Henry Fullbright got Nondies the bonus point, going over after the restart, Sinei missing the conversion but Blad responded through Clayne Ongaki, Levy Amunga missing the ensuing conversion.
Former Kenya Sevens international Nyambu would crown the result, going over for his second try.
