Nondescripts avenged their first leg 10-43 defeat away to the Strathmore Leos, posting a 31-12 win in the day’s early kick off at the RFUEA Ground on Saturday.
It was Nondies who went ahead courtesy of a penalty try, Fielden Sinei adding the extras for a 7-0 lead but Brian Nyikuli’s converted try saw the teams head into the breather tied 7-7.
The Rangers were quick off the blocks after the restart, former Mean Machine stalwart Kevin Gachoka going over, Sinei sure with the conversion for a 14-7 score.
Former Kenya Sevens international Dennis Ombachi made it two tries in two games, barging over for a 19-7 score but the Leos responded through Meshack Odhiambo’s unconverted effort.
Biko Adema would land a brace and conversion to confirm the result for Nondies.
