Leaders KCB are at home to the spirited Catholic Monks at the Lions Den in Ruaraka on Saturday 14 February.
KCB are unbeaten all season posting 11 wins from 11 outings while accumulating 53 points, same as defending champions Top Fry Nakuru, though boasting a superior for/against aggregate.
Given the gulf in class and talent between the two sides, this fixture is a foregone conclusion. The bankers are largely expected to post a massive win over the Monks and extend their lead atop the table heading into their final fixture away to Nakuru who have a more challenging tie against Pan Africa Strathmore Leos.
Despite being on the receiving end of many a lopsided score this season, the Monks have chugged on, honoring all their fixtures, that in itself a great show of sportsmanship and character. While they may be destined for relegation at the close of the season, they have won the hearts of many and will look to put up a fight against the bankers.
