Western Bulls play KCB in one of the more intriguing fixtures on match day six at the Kakamega High School.
The Bulls made a fine start to this campaign but have lately stuttered, brought back down to earth with a crushing 46-5 defeat to Pan Africa Strathmore Leos last weekend in Nairobi. They are a different proposition when playing at home and have already claimed the scalps of Mwamba and Quins at the Kakamega High School grounds.
Key players for Brian Makalama’s side include Davis Chenge, Brian Bango and Duncan Abuyeka.
KCB lie third on the log with five wins from five matches, collecting three bonus points with a cumulative 23 points thus far. They come into this tie well aware of the fact that playing in Kakamega is never easy. They eased to a 22-3 win over Resolution Impala Saracens last weekend and will look to post a sixth win on the trot as they look to close out the calendar year unbeaten.
Curtis Olago will rely on the likes of Brian Sagara, Elly Mukaizi and Darwin Mukidza.
Both sides are expected to release their match day squads on Friday afternoon.
Kick off: 4.00pm
Date: Saturday 20 December 2014
