Trailing 14-15 at half time, Pan Africa Strathmore Leos rallied to defeat a battling Blak Blad 35-15, the bonus point result seeing the Leos go top of the Kenya Cup after match day two.
Strathmore’s first half points came off converted tries Brian Nyikuli and Marvin Sumba while Blad’s points came courtesy of Steven Odhiambo’s unconverted try and Felix Juma’s try,conversion and penalty.
The Leos would score three second half tries through Tony Onyango, Billy Odhiambo and Sammy Motari with Kenny Andola adding the extras to secure the result and pole position in the league with 10 points, same as second placed Quins but with a better goal difference.
