The KRU Championship Week Four will host a top of the table clash between The Catholic Monks and USIU.
The two teams are ranked first and second in the standings having gathered 13 points each in the last three weekends however Monks have a four point advantage over USIU in their point difference. The two will face off this weekend at the USIU Grounds in a match that will determine whether Monks remain at the helm or if USIU will take the lead in this league.
Third placed Western Bulls will travel down to Kisumu City for their match against Kisumu RFC at the ASK Mamboleo Showgrounds. Western Bulls are tied with USIU and Catholic Monks with 13 points but their PD is what places Bulls in the third position while Kisumu are fourth with ten points to their name. Resolution Kisii RFC heads out to Eldoret for their match against University of Eldoret.
Ngong RFC will host the South Coast Pirates at the Kibiko Secondary. Ngong are sixth on the log with five points while the Pirates sit at the bottom of the table with two points. The Masinde Muliro University – Kitale RFC match will take place at the ASK Kakamega Showgrounds. Regional Logistics Mombasa RFC heads to Nakuru for their fixture against the Egerton Wasps. The two are separated by one point as Mombasa is ranked eighth with five points while Egerton comes in at ninth position with four points.
