Western Bulls have confirmed the death of their center Emmanuel Musasia who passed away suddenly on Monday 13 February.
Musasia, an alumnus of the Chavakali High School, previously turned out for Masaku RFC prior to joining the Bulls and was last in action for the side during their Kenya Cup match day five encounter against Mwamba at the Nairobi Railway Club, a fixture that they lost 55-10.
A statement from the club read in part, “Mannu as he was fondly referred by his team mates at Western Bulls and across the Kenya Rugby fraternity fought a brave, quiet life during his last days and we at Western Bulls will remember his immense contribution to the club both on and off the pitch with Gratitude and Respect. His final sendoff arrangements will be communicated in due course.”
