The Catholic Monks escaped a near loss in the hands of Kisumu RFC at the Mamboleo showgrounds to win the match 20-19. Frontrunners Resolution Kisii RFC had a good outing in their backyard at the Gusii Stadium where they beat JKUAT Cougars 25-0. JKUAT remain bottom of the log after this win while Kisii maintain their top position.
USIU proved to be superior in their battle between the third and fourth placed teams as they hosted Mombasa RFC and registered a 18-12 score over the coastal boys. Thika RFC awarded University of Eldoret a walk over after they failed to honour their match scheduled tobe played in Eldoret.
